me too. How did you download?

      • StaciAnn Lowry on July 7, 2020 at 3:49 pm

Jennifer, you can try right-clicking, and then choosing ‘Save’ to download it directly to your computer. It should open that way.

        • Jennifer W Weaver on July 8, 2020 at 9:09 pm

Yes, I tried that, but it still didn’t work. I will try to make up my own by just looking at the picture.

    Having trouble downlaoding

  8. StaciAnn Lowry on July 7, 2020 at 3:41 pm

For anyone having trouble downloading, please see the note just above the download… you can try right-clicking and then saving it to your computer. Some browsers don’t seem to want to open it directly but saving it first usually works.

  9. Cindi Holik on July 7, 2020 at 4:03 pm

Finally got it to work. Thank you Staci.

    • Brandi Cancellieri on November 6, 2020 at 7:53 pm

It won’t let me print. Says it is blocked

  13. Diane Matison Reed on July 8, 2020 at 2:40 pm

Maybe this is something you should sell. Have them made up in metal with the OG logo and instructions laser printed on it.

  14. Regina Schuch on July 9, 2020 at 4:46 pm

Same problem as others. Not able to download. Like the idea someone suggested to have them made up and sold in the OG shop. Thanks.

    • Sue Hamel on July 10, 2020 at 4:01 pm

Thank you so much. Certainly an easier way than i was doing it. ❤

  22. Ailsa Blewer on July 10, 2020 at 10:25 pm

Great idea but nothing has worked for the download. Have tried all the suggestions so far. I just keep getting a message saying that access is denied.

  23. Ailsa Blewer on July 10, 2020 at 10:36 pm

I just went back & tried again one last time & it worked perfectly! Don’t know what the glitch was before but it’s all good now. Thank you for sharing your expertise. It’s much appreciated.

  24. Beth Peterson on July 11, 2020 at 10:48 am

Hi, When I try to open – I get an error message. When I right click — the Save option does NOT come up! I’ve read what everyone wrote – even the long URL gave me a error message. I usually never have problems… Help Please!

  25. Beth Peterson on July 11, 2020 at 10:50 am

HA! I figured it out! I clicked on the gold edge and it let me copy the document to my computer! Whew!

  26. Darcy McCown on July 11, 2020 at 3:39 pm

Thank you very much I was finally able to download. I can’t wait to make a bow now.

  27. Denise Trahan on July 11, 2020 at 11:29 pm

    Hi

The template is not available ?

  28. Anthony Borack on July 13, 2020 at 2:12 am

I’ve got it to open once in Google Crome, then once in Firefox and once in Microsoft. Then it will not open. What I did once I got it to open in any browser I downloaded it. That seems to keep it for me even when I can’t open it again from the email. If you don’t download it you may have a hard time getting it to open again like I did. Hope this helps.

Unable to print.says author has disabled printing.😢😢

    • Janelle - Ornament Girls Support on October 26, 2020 at 7:44 pm

Hi Linda, we haven’t disabled printing so you should be able to print. Will you make sure you’re downloading the template and opening it from your computer and printing it that way and not just from the opened page on our site? If you still have trouble, will you send us a help request through our site? https://ornamentgirls.com/contact/ so that we can look further into this for you? Thanks so much!
