Hey, y’all, from NC. I’ve paid $38.76 to The Ornament Girl via PayPal and I’m thinking it’s for the back order for the foam bundle. I just want to confirm my order and see if you have any idea of when those might go out. I’m also in the process of packing up my house for storage as we await the completion of the last home we will live in (still 2-3 months away, at a minimum, depending on supply chain progress). I’m currently storing my more recent OG Club ornaments in the boxes you use for shipping until I have enough to fill a packing box. So I want to try to get the last of them all in one packing box. Thank you for the hard work all y’all put into making this fun and beautiful!! Have a happy and blessed New Year!!

looked all over different stores here for any of the heart or disc foam no luck. So I hope the back
orders don’t take a long time. I know because of all that is going on with shipping to get your

I would like to be on the back order list! I love the new patterns and can hardly wait to try and use the squares! I completely understand and have no rush worry at all. I will begin the new patterns when the balls arrive and use them for next year as gifts.

I ordered my foam bundle around 9:25 this morning – as soon I received the link. I never received a confirmation but a few hours later I received an email saying you were about to run out of foam. I didn’t know if that was a general info email or if it applied specifically to me. I ordered the pattern bundle with no problem. When I received the email about the foam bundle I tried placing a back order for the foam and keep getting an error message to check the mailing address. Everything is fine with the address and now it is saying check the credit card it is the same card you have on file for my little white box each onto and the seems to be no problem with that. Can you please place the foam bundle on back order with the credit card you have on file.

I’ve back ordered the foam. However, I wanted to let you know that I’m in no hurry to receive foam as I have plenty of round foam balls in stock to keep me busy. Even if I received, I wouldn’t be making the square gift package ornaments at this late date. Thank you for all of your hard work and beautiful designs. There are two things I would suggest. 1 contact your credit card company and ask them why they aren’t allowing the charge from The Ornament Girl/Staci Lowry to go through and see if they can lift the hold that’s likely on it now or 2. add a new credit card to your account and use that one.
