I understand you may be disappointed.

We have been making these Angel Kits as a side project, alongside our thousands of monthly Ornament Girls Club Kits. We have not been able to make these by the thousands, and I understand there are not enough of them to go around.

I've tried to help with this by making her TUTORIAL VIDEO available to all. You can make her using your own fabrics and materials! This video shows every single step in detail. You can find that video for FREE by clicking here.

Did exactly as directed!!! FROZE……6:02 p.m. Liberty sold out. You have got to be kidding. Won’t ever try to get one again. This is just RIDICULOUS. Not meant to be hate mail just totally disgusted.

    • Karen MJM on June 23, 2020 at 12:18 am

Thanks for the FREE Video!! 😉👍🏻❤️

    • Christina Carlo on June 23, 2020 at 12:25 am

  2. Linda Mock on June 23, 2020 at 12:05 am

8:04 and she is gone, bummer!

    • Teresa on June 23, 2020 at 12:13 am

Darn! Looks like she sold out in 1-2 minutes. Clicked and typed as fast as I could. 🙂 Figured she would sell super fast this one is very cute!

Staci can you tell us where you got the flags from?

      • Christina Carlo on June 23, 2020 at 12:26 am

She said she got it from Hobby Lobby or to check Amazon

  3. Marcia Binninger on June 23, 2020 at 12:06 am

I’m so sad these angels sell out in less than 3 minutes. I’m guessing I’m just not fast enough.

  4. Janet Przybyla on June 23, 2020 at 12:07 am

Wow I was in the process of paying and nope sold out!

  5. Anita on June 23, 2020 at 12:08 am

It let. Me order put all my. Information in including payment. After I was done it said it was sold out. It’s not right to let someone order than after payment it states that there sold out.

    • Melanie on June 23, 2020 at 12:14 am

Do club members somehow get first priority???

      • Christina Carlo on June 23, 2020 at 12:27 am

No I am a club member and the same thing happened to me

  6. Penny Fowler on June 23, 2020 at 12:08 am

This bites!!!! I have been sitting here since 7:55 and as soon as the link came up I clicked on it. It took a few minutes but according to the site it was sold out before my order processed. This has happened every time I have tried to order an angel. I won’t be trying again.

  7. Mary Washicosky on June 23, 2020 at 12:08 am

Thank You for the Pattern, will definitely make one on my own, Sorry you have to deal with the mean mail. Mary

  8. dIANa risher on June 23, 2020 at 12:08 am

I very disappointed because I made it through to order and then when I processed my info it said sold out. This is the second time this has happened. This is so sad and.

  9. Melanie on June 23, 2020 at 12:09 am

It is really not fun trying to get one of your angels. This morning and tonight I was on at EXACTLY 11:00 and 8:00. I had everything filled out and hit purchase and it is sold out. Something is not right with your site. VERY disappointing.

  10. Mary Washicosky on June 23, 2020 at 12:10 am

The reason they sell out is because they are Awesome, Beautiful creations…

    • StaciAnn Lowry on June 23, 2020 at 12:10 am

      Thank you Mary.

  11. Paula Marlatt on June 23, 2020 at 12:12 am

Sold out by 7:02 central time! How do you people who get these kits do it so fast! I hit the purchase button as soon as it was bold and boom – sold out. I have tried on the last 3 and same thing! Not worth the let down. No more tries for me!

  12. Sue Long (Boobookitty'smom) on June 23, 2020 at 12:13 am

There must be some “trick” to doing this and I don’t know what it is! I filled out my payment information like it said and it said sold out. I am SO disappointed. I wish I knew what “the secret” was to getting something like this but I always seen to be on the outside looking in without the kit or whatever! It is VERY disappointing!!! Yes, you give directions for our fabric, etc. but it won’t have all the frou frou the kit has. I almost wish you wouldn’t do things like this because it leaves so many “girls” feeling depressed and left out of the “exclusive club!”

    • StaciAnn Lowry on June 23, 2020 at 12:58 am

Sue, I truly apologize. The last thing I want is for anyone to feel excluded.

  13. Nancy Scalise on June 23, 2020 at 12:13 am

I think that she is beautiful as were the other angels in the series.
Very disappointed though that both times today I had issues trying to connect with your website.

better luck next time I guess.

  14. StaciAnn Lowry on June 23, 2020 at 12:14 am

To the above commenters who are upset… I am sorry. Please understand these are limited. We have many, many people trying to get them at the same time, and we do not have enough to go around. It is not that there is an issue with the site.. it is that we simply do not have enough of the kits. No matter what I do, I cannot make it so everyone gets one. Again, I am sorry. I realize this is disappointing, and this is why I encourage you to use the free video tutorial to make one with your own materials.

    Again, I am sorry.

    • Patricia Burke-Grubbs on June 23, 2020 at 6:54 am

Staci, You have handled yourself with grace and dignity. Your kindness and your many I am sorry tells it all. Please pull from the positive comments and let the negative comments be a life learning lesson. Thank you for always shining in everything you do.

I’ve made the first two angels Whimsy & Cinnamon just following the video instructions. These angels are very easy and most any colors will work. Thank you for sharing all the patterns. Sorry for anyone that is disappointed at not getting the kits but you really can just follow the video instructions.

    • StaciAnn Lowry on June 23, 2020 at 12:57 am

Diane, I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed making the other angels. 🙂

  16. Rosalie Sawyer on June 23, 2020 at 12:16 am

I was signed on minutes before 8:00 and kept checking but kept getting the message Liberty Sold Out. Very disappointing.

  17. Cindy Hayes on June 23, 2020 at 12:18 am

Missed getting the kit. Tried to get the supply list but will not link. “Accessed denied”. Is there any other way to get this list? Really would like to make this beautiful Angel!

    • StaciAnn Lowry on June 23, 2020 at 12:57 am

Cindy, I’m sorry that happened. I believe if you right-click the supply list icon, you can choose ‘save as’ and then download it to your computer. And then, you can open it from there.

  18. Mary Corsello on June 23, 2020 at 12:27 am

Why not sell what is needed to make liberty less the fabric? Was closed out at 8:02

    • StaciAnn Lowry on June 23, 2020 at 12:50 am

Hi Mary.. I do sell most of the other parts for the angel in our Supply Shop, including the foam angel shape, which is the hardest thing to find: https://theornamentgirl.com/market/

  19. Melanie Vinten-Johansen on June 23, 2020 at 12:32 am

Stacy, would you sell the pattern to us to use along with the tutorial video? I can do much better if I have a pattern in front of me.

    • StaciAnn Lowry on June 23, 2020 at 12:51 am

Hi Melanie… thanks so much for that suggestion and it’s a great idea. I just haven’t created one yet, but I do want to. When this happens, I will definitely let you know. 🙂

      • Kate Morgan on June 23, 2020 at 1:07 am

I would like to know too. As a quilter, I probably have enough fabric stash but would order all the parts. I am also a longtime club member.

      • Flo McDonald on June 23, 2020 at 11:25 am

I would definitely like to know when an eBook is available or a hard copy I can purchase. What are the names of the material you used and a list of frou frou?

  20. Dianna Brown on June 23, 2020 at 12:45 am

is there a place where the pictures of the past angels are? would love to see what others looked like

    • StaciAnn Lowry on June 23, 2020 at 12:54 am

Dianna, that’s a good question. I need to put together a photo album of them of some sort. In the meantime, you can see a thumbnail of each of them on our video page, by going here: https://ornamentgirls.com/ebooks/ – and then going to the tab that says ‘Kit Videos’. All 5 of the angels are shown in small icons there.

But, thank you for letting me know that I need something better than that.

  21. Nancy on June 23, 2020 at 1:09 am

I AM SO DISGUSTED ABOUT YOUR ORDER. I LIVE IN ARIZONA!! I CLICK @ OUR TIME, IT SAYS LIBERTY SOLD OUT. STACY, YOU SHOULD GIVE EVERYONE ELSE A CHANCE BY THE STATES. I’M JUST UPSET WITH THIS. I THINK I’LL STOP TRYING FROM HERE ON. SO UPSETTING.

  22. Anita on June 23, 2020 at 1:21 am

  23. Cindy Wilson on June 23, 2020 at 2:22 am

  24. VALERIE PACE on June 23, 2020 at 4:25 am

I wish that people could put this in perspective…First world problems! Stacy & her staff @ The Ornament Girls do their best to bring a high quality product at a reasonable price for a fun craft activity. This is a small business, run by someone with a passion for bringing others joy by way of a special talent; it’s not some mass-produced, over-priced kit you buy on Amazon or at Wal-Mart. Please find it in your heart to cut Stacy some slack & understand where she’s coming from. I get that it’s frustrating, but perhaps you could take her suggestion & buy the available parts to make a Liberty Angel that’s all your own. When all else fails, be kind!

    • Patricia Burke-Grubbs on June 23, 2020 at 6:47 am

Valerie Pace, It is so refreshing to see your loving and kind remarks. A special thank you from my heart.

  25. Patricia Burke-Grubbs on June 23, 2020 at 6:44 am

Anger and hate are not to be used in these charming ornaments that Staci and staff have been creating for many years. I wonder how you handle serious problems as we all continue on our life journey? Do you choose to be negative and nasty or do you choose to be loving and kind? My heart goes out to everyone who gets caught up in this negative drama. I will remain positive and always be kind.
