Printing & Printer Troubleshooting

Our ornament pattern eBooks are very detailed! Printing the eBook is NOT recommended due to ink/paper/printing costs.

IF YOU OPT TO PRINT IT, you MAY make a physical copy for your own personal use. However, since this eBook was created to be a virtual document only (not meant for print), some printers may have trouble printing a large file of this size.

Although the Ornament Girl customer support team and I are unable to troubleshoot your particular printing issues, I have listed below some typical printing solutions that others have found helpful...

If these suggestions do not help, I suggest searching for additional information online using Google (or another search engine you prefer), or contacting a professional computer/printer technician for assistance.

Alternatively, you may wish to have ONE copy printed for your personal use by a local printing service (like Staples).

    I have received my kit for August but I can’t find the ebook. When I try to find it, I get a message that I am not a member. Please Help!

    Hello, I bought the Christmas bundle the day it came out. I checked my account and the $17.00 was taken out of my checking account but I cannot get the patterns. They are still unavailable to me.     I was wondering why January ornament hasn’t been posted yet? Normally I can see the new ornament by now. Is there an issue that hasn’t been addressed? Or is anyone else having this issue as well? Thanks for any help.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
