I’m sorry, Patricia. I know that is really disappointing. We sold out shockingly fast. We do plan to open a few slots in December this year, if you’d like to be on the waiting list for that, we’ll email you when we reopen. You can click here for that. And then, we will reopen the Christmas club in November 2021. Again, we’re so sorry you missed out. I know that must be upsetting.
I’ve been on waiting lists for VIP and Christmas clubs. They are always sold out. How do you advance on the list? It seems like there is no use putting your name on waiting lists because they are always filled or sold out
Hi Susan, I am so sorry you missed the Christmas Club opening. They do typically go quickly so my best advice is to try joining as soon as possible, the closest to the email arriving in your inbox the better. So sorry about you missing out today though, I know that has to be disappointing.
Why not consider a rotating waiting list? That way the same people won’t always be first and the rest have a hance to get in also.

Hi Laurence, I’m so sorry for your disappointment. We had only a certain amount of spots open and once they were filled the club was closed again. We can only make so many kits at a time but I am very sorry you’re disappointed and we completely understand your feedback. 🙁
I’ve been trying since midnight on the 24th to no avail. THEN I noticed that many of these emails are dated 2021 & 2020 as well as 10/2022! Is/was the Christmas Club membership open on the 10/24/22 or not?
Hi Lynne, we open the Christmas Club every year if we have spaces available. We did open the club on October 24th of 2022. The spots sold out in about an hour. I’m so sorry you weren’t able to join us this time!

Sometimes this happens and we miss out but Traci and her team do try to help us a lot. I even had my alarm set and I missed out better luck next time. Remember there are a lot of us involved in this wonderful program I have been here since the beginning.

If I am correct if you are an OG club member you would not get the email about this wonderful program and I don’t think anyone would be so dishonest and do that. I have been an OG girl since the beginning, I missed out I even had my alarm set and that did not help. Better luck next time
Hi it’s 1:20 on Monday October 24, 2022 and the link opened membership for 350 slots at noon and it says that it’s full already. This link has comments from 2020 I’m wondering if it’s working properly in 2022? I’m really disappointed not to get into the club.

Why can’t you accommodate?
Staci does her best to make sure she can accommodate everyone but it happens that we miss out if you are an OG girl you can get the pattern for it. I have been here since the beginning even set my alarm clock and I missed out. I’m just going to match the colors and make my own. I think I even have the pattern. Better luck next time.

Sadly, I’ve learned not to even try anymore to to get a spot in a club or Special ornament. Even if I am sitting at the computer the second it opens up I am never one of the lucky ones. I can’t figure that one out. Then I’m upset and frustrated for the remainder of the day. Not worth those feelings.
Same here! I think I will just give up and find something else to occupy my time. It is beyond frustrating to try and get it to get a spinning ball and when you can get in it is full.

Hi Shelly, yes we do have openings from time-to-time and they do typically fill up quickly. We email everyone on the waiting list when we reopen. If you’re on the waiting list you will receive an email once we reopen the clubs. I hope this helps. Thank you.

I love this club. I have been with you for a very long time. I like the digital because you can use what fabrics you have or look for it on the web. Etsy has a lot. You are taking a lot of flack but there is the digital for another way. You still have PDF, so many ways.

I knew ornamenting was popular, but didn’t know it was that popular. Have tried to get in for the past hour and have missed it!! Christmas Club is closed, “dang it”! Well, I guess the saying goes “better luck on another day!” Thank you for opening this up to more of us ornamenters with you and hopefuly those like me will be able to get on board soon. I am enjoying being a part of the Ornament Girl world! It is very addicting and fun to watch the patterns come to life.

Not everyone can be on a computer at a set time of day to join the club. Is there not a way to take the top 350 ( or whatever the number is) people from the waiting list and give them the spots first? I am not sure it is a waiting list so much as an email subscription claiming to be a waiting list without the benefit of actually getting into the club.
