This is the wrong e-mail. It should be eekn50@gmail.com. I have been trying to login in at my dashboard but have been unable to get in. Also they ask for a new password and I couldn’t get it to accept a new one. Could the wrong e-mail have something to do with this? Could you help me? I would appreciate any help you can give. I’m 91 and don’t know a lot about this electronics.

    Happy New Year Staci Ann
I would like to know when you will be getting in your
styro foam balls that are marked for your swirl ornaments. I’m not very good at doing them free form
myself and would like to make them.
Also I have already signed up for your monthly membership and wondered when you would be adding more members since you have such beautiful ornaments in your club.

    • Janelle Taliercio on December 7, 2020 at 4:15 pm

Nancy, I’m showing that all our emails are bouncing in your account, which often means your box is full. I don’t see anything wrong on our end or a way to help this situation though. So sorry about that. Maybe you could use a different email address?

Where can I purchase the Halloween Hat ornament kit or pattern?

  23. Susan on May 25, 2020 at 3:06 am

After signing up for your newsletter, I do not recall getting the moon… pattern. Sorry I cannot remember its correct name. I think it is the one where you press the material into the ball with a tool. If I am allowed that pattern, may I have the download please?
I am so impressed with your attention to detail. Your craftswomanship is aesthetically beautiful, endearing, and reminiscent of times past when handicrafts were prized as works of art and proudly kept as heirlooms. Thank you. I wish more of your generation understood the multiple values of making something with their hands.

    • Janelle Taliercio on May 27, 2020 at 9:25 pm

Hi Susan, thanks so much for letting us know! You can actually download the pattern in the member area. Have you logged into that before? You’ll go here: https://ornamentgirls.com/login/ and use your email address and password to access the pattern/ebook page. If you need help with this, would you be able to send us an email here? https://ornamentgirls.com/contact/ And thank you for your kind words and feedback! You’re so kind! Have a great day, Janelle

  24. Glynda Moon on April 24, 2020 at 7:22 pm

I am interested in the Angel ornaments. Does this come in a monthly subscription group. I think for me this would be an easier way to start out, either the angel or tree. Would you recommend an ornament that might be an easy one to start out with. Thank you for your help.

    • Janelle Taliercio on April 25, 2020 at 2:34 am

Hi Glynda, I’m sorry but at this time we don’t have an angel or tree subscription. We do have our regular Ornament Girls subscription that is closed at this time but we do have a waiting list for that if you’d like to get on it? https://ornamentgirls.club As for an easier, beginner-friendly pattern, I’d say the basic star would be a great one for you to try. We have a free video workshop on that pattern. You can sign up for free here: https://ornamentgirls.com/basic-star-workshop I hope this helps? If you need anything else, please let me know. I’m happy to help.

Hi Staci! I have been sewing since me when my Grandma started teaching me to keep me out of trouble and I don’t plan on stopping now that I am 2 months short of turning 63!

I have received February and March now but do not have access to the learning or the e-book instructions for the ornaments. I have been trouble with my computer with getting to work since I spent 1-1/2 in a nursing home to get working getting fixed up! I have been out since December and settled down in December. I think I have my computer working now and hope my computer is working now. If you (or one of your Brownie’s who help you!) would to try again to help me out, I would appreciate it very much!

First time that I am finally making an ornament, I bought my materials, etc, cut the fabric, started pinning it to the Styrofoam ball and then realized that I cut the fabric wrong. Was starting to get frustrated, but then figured it out. Hopefully tonight I will be able to sit and start pinning. I hope that I am not the only one out there that didn’t get it right the first time. Will keep you posted.

Hi Katrina… I’m so sorry about that. I just checked in my system for you, with the email you entered here with your post, and I don’t have that email anywhere in my system. Is it possible you used another email address, or accidentally typed it incorrectly in the form? If so, I would suggest trying to re-register again and see if that works. OR, I can register you from my side, using this email you’ve provided here with this post. Just let me know if you’d like me to try that. Thanks so much 🙂

    Hi Staci Ann,
You are so sweet to share the video workshop, thank you so much. I have made several but didn’t finish because of not knowing how to make pretty bows. The videos will be very helpful in learning how. You are great in making your craft and I appreciate all the time you take in helping us with all the good information.
    Thank you again,
    Beverly

  110. Becky A. Brefol on October 4, 2017 at 12:58 am

    Hi StaciAnn,

I learned how to make these beautiful ornaments around 30 years ago and love making them. Yours are a little different as I have an extra row in mine. I love all of your monthly ornaments and when you came out with your tutorial, I was so excited. I like how your finished ornaments look and I feel you will be able to give a lot of tips as to how you do it. The gals who taught this class to me were definitely lacking in good instructions (like alignment). I read through some of the comments and the one about over lapping the ends was interesting. I never over lapped (in the middle where they meet) but I butted-up the ends to meet and trimmed if needed. With the middle trim to cover it, it was never an issue. You are a breath of fresh air and I enjoy being an OG!

    Thank you!
    Becky

Thank you so much for doing this, Staci! I know it will be a great assistance to anyone who has struggled with making these. Your eBooks are absolutely amazing but sometimes a visual aid will make something ‘click’ better than reading about how to do it. I absolutely love being a part of the OG Club, getting a complete kit every month, and continuing to learn more and more from you. You are so creative and you really have a knack for choosing wonderful fabrics and embellishments. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talent with others!!!

Thank you! Bought my first pattern some time ago and then recently bought more because I loved them – – however – – every time I would think about making one I was too intimidated to try. This will get me moving so I can give them as gifts as well as “gifting” myself!

Staci your ornaments are beautiful. I know they are not hard. I use prarie points in quilts and love them. I would like to see an ornament for a friend who is Jewish. I am Catholic and love the Christmas ones. I think one done in royal blue and white would be very very pretty too. I saw one you did in blue and liked it.

  217. Tana on September 29, 2017 at 1:26 pm

Thank you, I have made them but was not happy with the results. Maybe this will help me.

  218. Peggy Mann on September 29, 2017 at 1:08 pm

Hi Staci, I have made hundreds of these, but yours always look more professional! I purchased your instructions before you started the kits, and were still selling the ornaments already made! Love, love, love them! I want to see these videos as I could always use the unique hints you have. Thank you for making this free!

      That’s wonderful!

  236. CAROL ZVANYA on September 29, 2017 at 12:26 pm

If you have the ball measured correctly, why is the material from both sides over the half way. I can not make it come out even. i tried to iron the material evenly and still
i am having troubles. Now working with silver or gold material very difficult to work with, any ideas??

    • StaciAnn Lowry on September 29, 2017 at 1:12 pm

Hi Carol… It’s actually not a bad thing for the fabric to extend over the halfway point. If it didn’t, and if the 2 sides met perfectly in the center, it would actually cause a ‘divet’ – because by this point there have been layers built up. And so, what I do is leave the first half as is (extending over the first half)… then the second half, I trim down. I show exactly how to do this in Video #2 of this series. I think you will find that helpful. 🙂

      • Karen on September 29, 2017 at 3:59 pm

      • Janice Fabrizio on April 18, 2018 at 7:43 am

        StaciAnn,
I am having a problem with the ornaments in getting in to me. I am not having with the money getting to you. On The 8th of the month, $27 is taken out of my savings account To you. I have received the St. Patrick and the Easter egg ornament kits to make, but none of the videos or instructions to make the ornaments at all, or none of the information how to get the information on the internet. As for April, I thought it came towards the month but I read that with the VIP group that I signed up for, I have yet to receive. I am thinking since you received the money and I have not the ornament kit, that the kit is going to someone else in my apartment is getting the goods. That is what I am assuming is happening as I don’t think you would do such a thing. Can you please look into this and let me know so we can get this cleared up as soon as possible? Just since I just got out of the hospital and I am getting of coloring and watching tv, l am very tired of lounging in the recliner chair watching the soapbox shows all day. I also got hit by a hit and run and broke my femur in my right leg and can’t do a lot of walking around except to go to the doctors. It isn’t much fun when everyone else works! 😛

        • StaciAnn Lowry on April 18, 2018 at 3:47 pm

Hi Janice… I am sorry to hear of the trouble you’re going through! The April kit is actually on its way… we ship around the middle of the month each month. So, you should be seeing that in your mailbox within a few days! I’m sorry you’re not getting the emails with the eBook/Video links. They could be going to spam, but I will check to make sure they are being sent to you. In the meantime, all of your eBooks and Videos for every kit can be found on this page: https://ornamentgirls.com/ebooks/. So, if you ever don’t get your email, you can still always go to that page and access the instructions. Right now you’ll see February, March, and April’s instructions waiting for you there. I hope that helps. Will you let me know if I can help with anything else?

I love your ornament eggs! I can’t wait to learn how to make them.
      Thanks for adding me.

Thank you for these steps and videos. I grew up with the Kimekomi Ornaments on our tree and now I have made about 12 of them. I am excited to try the “No Sew” ornaments and I have a feeling I will become addicted to those as well.
