Ik I don’t have the right to ask since the sale ended, but I’m a ER RN and due to a Covid surge I’ve been working 12 hr shifts everyday for the past 10 days. Your site is very frustrating. I also have an Apple iPhone, it’s a 12 Pro. I waited almost 3 years to get into your Christmas club. I’m finally a member and my credit card has been charged but I can’t access your site. Then I was trying to buy your Christmas bundle, figuring it would all get worked out in the end, but I’m having difficulties with that as well. From the comments above I can see I’m not the only one. I hope you get this figured out because I really wanted to buy your Christmas bundles that is a gift for my daughter who just moved out and is in the process of learning how to make her own ornaments to decorate her new home. I’m not trying to be rude I just think it’s imperative for you to know that you have a loyal customers out here who are having technical difficulties with your site. Originally I thought it was just me or I would’ve spoke up sooner.

Hi! Am I seeing this correct that the beautiful ornaments in this years bundle is going to be released starting this month? I am jumping with joy if that’s the case. I have been chomping at the bit waiting for March I’ve been waiting and waiting for them to be available. Already ordered and paid for them. Due to stage 4 cancer diagnosis of a brother and a sister in ICU unable to be coherent, eat or take meds orally that when I went to pay for the Christmas bundle I didn’t have my card with me. Really wanted especially the bell. Maybe I will catch it later if it’s offered again. Thank you.
