NOTE: If your payment has already come out for this month, and you do NOT want this month's kit, please send me and email at staciann@theornamentgirl.com to let me know. Please note that I won't be able to stop the shipment if we have already shipped for the month.
Please choose the correct form below so that the correct membership is canceled (we have two clubs... the Ornament Girls Club, and the Christmas Club).
You MUST enter the same email address that you use to login to your account here on this website.
If you do not enter the correct email address below, I will have no way of receiving your cancelation request.
(Canceling your account will also remove you from the private OG Facebook Group)
This form will cancel your Ornament Girls Club Account.
This form will cancel your Ornament Girls Christmas Club Account.
By submitting the above form, you are requesting that your Ornament Girls Club Membership AND/OR Christmas club Membership be canceled. Your cancelation will be processed and effective immediately.
Please understand that by canceling your account, you will no longer be eligible to be grandfathered into either Club at your current membership price. If you want to re-join at a later date (we hope you will!), you will need to wait until we have new openings available.
